The 2-2-2 is the official Leadership Trust alumni event. It takes place on the 2nd day of the 2nd week of the 2nd month – so every two months!
This is a private, facilitated session to apply your programme learnings to your current leadership dilemmas. Connect, collaborate, fuel your intellectual curiosity and leverage the power of an extensive network.
This is a great opportunity to ask powerful questions and receive practical strategies to drive positive change in your organisation.
Led by our Head of Learning Experience, Kate Beddis, the 2-2-2 alumni event explores fresh interventions to support your leadership development. To quote John Dewey, “We do not learn from experience we learn from reflecting on experience”.
