CEO Leadership Trust International
Léa has a Ph.D. in Philosophy; specialising in Ethics in Sport, with a special focus on the misuse of performance enhancing substances. This led her to spend close to a decade working with athletes on large scale behaviour change programmes with the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). Léa first encountered Leadership Trust during the development of a ground-breaking pilot programme aimed at enabling administrators to “feel” what being groomed for corruption was like. Observing Leadership Trust’s experiential methodology and quality of implementation gained her respect, as well as its agile and high-performing staff. This made joining the organisation irresistible.
