I joined Leadership Trust in early 2024 as Head of Client Relationships, acting as the link between our leadership programmes and the evolving needs of the organisations we support. My focus is on building partnerships grounded in trust, clarity and measurable impact.

I have over 10 years of experience in Learning and Development, working as a Management, Learning and Development Specialist and collaborating closely with businesses across sectors to deliver high-impact solutions.

I believe leadership development only matters if it sticks – so I work with clients to embed behavioural change that lasts long after the course ends, aligning learning with real operational goals and long-term success.
