Two formats. One focus.

Triangular coaching

Most coaching is a private conversation. Our triangular model brings together leader, sponsor and coach to create a shared view of what needs to change, aligning individual development with organisational need and making progress visible.

One-to-one coaching

Focused, confidential, matched to the leader and their specific situation. Up to two hours per session. Standalone or building on from our Leadership in Management or Cultivate programmes.

What makes our coaching different.

Our coaching uses the same behavioural methodology that underpins every Leadership Trust programme. Built on fifty years of understanding how leadership behaviour forms and changes, it works on what is actually driving how a leader leads - not just what they want to work on, but what they may not yet be able to see.

Available as a standalone offer for any leader, at any stage.

For leaders coming from a programme.

For leaders coming from LM or Cultivate, coaching builds directly on what the programme surfaced. The honest picture a leader gets of themselves in that residential environment is the starting point.

Coaching works best at specific moments.
