Most organisations train their new managers.

Very few build them into leaders.

Cultivate builds the right leadership behaviours from the start of a career.

Our Cultivate programme is for:

First-level and emerging managers stepping into leadership for the first time.

High-potential individuals preparing for promotion.

Organisations building the next generation of their leadership.

For established leaders, Leadership in Management is the right programme.

"My managers see how my stress and worry has gone, and how my team make decisions now. Senior leadership can see how I’ve empowered my team - even if I am not there they can handle almost any requirement.”

Bader Buzaboon, The Benefit Company, Bahrain

First-line leadership is where your organisational culture is made or broken.

Two men are shaking hands outside in a parking lot surrounded by trees and parked cars, one man is holding a cane and smiling.

In team meetings, in difficult conversations, in the moment a new manager either steps up or steps back. When it goes wrong, the consequences are immediate - team performance drops, good people leave, and the habits that form early become significantly harder to shift later.

Most organisations invest in skills at this level. Frameworks, models, accredited qualifications. The global leadership development industry spends over £300 billion a year doing exactly this. Transfer rates from skills-based training to real workplace behaviour: 10-15%. The knowledge lands. The behaviour does not change.

Cultivate builds the habits and judgement leaders rely on every day. The impact shows up in your teams straight away - and pays back across every role your leaders hold for the rest of their careers.

The return is not 1:1. One leader affects every person they lead, now and in every team they will ever lead.

Skills training changes what your managers know. Cultivate changes how they lead.

Most emerging leaders are given frameworks and theories and told what good leadership looks like.

The habits they actually form - how they handle pressure, how they have difficult conversations, how they show up for their teams - come from experience, not instruction.

Get them right early and the difference shows immediately, and for every year that follows.

Three others are listening; one man with curly hair and beard, and two women partially visible. The room has white walls, a small window, and blue posters on the wall.

"The programme has given me the space and guidance to confidently take the lead over the next steps in my career and to focus on the why, what and how of what I’m trying to achieve within my role and the business”

Leadership Trust's private residential estate. Far enough from the office that the office stops following you.

When leaders build the right foundations early, organisations feel it immediately.
