Course Facilitator 

I serve Leadership Trust as a facilitator, creating space for people to learn, connect, and grow in ways that are both practical and inspiring. My role is about helping participants uncover insights they can carry into their leadership journeys with confidence.

With more than 17 years of learning and development experience across the tech, financial, and sports industries, I bring both hands-on expertise and academic grounding, holding a Bachelor of Science in Leadership & Organization Behavior from Northwestern University.

As Einstein once said, “once you stop learning, you start dying.” Guided by this, I’ve partnered with organizations in government, energy, non-profit, and fintech to support leaders and teams in building skills and insights that endure well beyond the classroom.
