I’ve worked as an Associate with the Leadership Trust, designing and delivering transformative leadership development programmes for over 25 years. What I’ve learned is simple yet profound: leadership is about being true to ourselves while cultivating the emotional intelligence to understand and empathise with others—listening hard and building the relationships that enable high performance at individual and team level. 

With an academic background and ILM Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring qualified I have had a lifelong passion for nurturing and developing people.

Over the years, I’ve worked with organisations including ETC, Kraken, Sontay, Tamkeen, CTG, and Chelsea Mozambique, helping leaders at every stage of their journey to achieve lasting impact.
