I believe an organisation’s greatest asset is its people. That conviction has guided me through senior roles in financial services, professional training and the professional association sector, where I led high-performing teams and worked with partners across the globe. 

My own journey as a delegate with Leadership Trust convinced me that leadership exists at every level. Now, as a Course Director, I help others discover the same – showing how individuals can make a real difference to the success of their organisation. 

I’ve worked on open programmes and with clients such as Hughes Electrical, supporting delegates to apply the Leadership Trust philosophy to their own leadership journeys.
