As a Bespoke Programme Manager at Leadership Trust, I work closely with clients, venues and internal teams to ensure every detail of our tailored leadership programmes runs smoothly. With a background in English Literature and Psychology, and a Master of Science in Psychology, I bring a deep understanding of human behaviour to my work.

I believe that great leadership starts with connection – when programmes are thoughtfully designed and well-delivered, they create space for real growth. Outside of work, I’m a proud mum of three and love adventuring with my husband and kids, bringing the same curiosity and energy to life as I do to every programme.
