I work with leaders and teams who want stronger cohesion and more human, strengths‑based leadership. Alongside my facilitation practice, I bring over 25 years’ experience as a Speech and Language Therapist, specialising in Alternative and Augmentative Communication. I’ve held senior leadership roles across the NHS and charity health sector, and I believe leadership changes when people are willing to face the truth about themselves and listen with humility.
