Siobhán Jordan

Facilitator and Course Director

I’m passionate about developing inspirational leaders who make a difference across every part of society. That belief has guided my career from supporting small companies and start-ups to founding and leading Interface – a service connecting businesses with academic expertise, technology and innovation for economic growth. 

With degrees in biotechnology, process engineering and a PhD in human genetics, I’ve worked across academia, industry and the public sector. My expertise lies in designing and managing programmes that foster innovation, collaboration and leadership development across sectors from life sciences to food and drink. 

For the past five years I’ve been a facilitator with Leadership Trust, and more recently an Associate Coach and Associate Course Director, helping leaders grow their confidence, balance and impact.
