My connection to Leadership Trust began early – through my father’s work with Du Pont, one of Leadership Trust’s long-standing clients.

With a background in international project management and customer service, I bring a strong operational focus to our learning and development diagnostics, supporting both open and bespoke programmes.

I believe in upholding excellence and professionalism in every interaction, internal or external. I’m inspired by Leadership Trust’s mission to help leaders make a positive impact – embodying values that shape not only organisations, but society.
