Great leadership and teamwork create real, pragmatic solutions. That’s where my focus lies. With more than 20 years’ experience working with leaders and teams in the UK and abroad, I’ve supported organisations across sectors to navigate complexity and change.
My professional background is as an HR Director, specialising in organisational design, cultural change and leadership strategy, mainly at board level with CEOs, Directors and their teams. Much of my work has been in the public sector, including supporting senior leaders to deliver major UK Government reforms and shared services programmes.
For the past nine years I’ve been a facilitator and Course Director with Leadership Trust, contributing to programmes in the UK and overseas while also consulting more widely on leadership, coaching and organisational development.
