My journey with Leadership Trust began through my passion for personal growth and development – both for myself and those around me. With over 16 years in client services and a strong background in customer and relationship management, I now manage the full delegate journey on our open programmes from booking to follow-up.

I collaborate with facilitators, clients, and internal teams to ensure each programme runs seamlessly and delivers maximum impact.

I’ve supported a wide range of delegates from diverse sectors, all drawn to the transformative experience of Leadership Trust’s open programmes.
