For me, leadership has always come back to one thing: just be yourself. That belief has guided more than 30 years of designing and delivering programmes with Leadership Trust, as well as my work as an Executive Coach and Mentor (ILM7) helping leaders unlock their authentic potential. 

My background as a CIMA-qualified accountant and Member of the Institute of Directors includes over 25 years in executive recruitment and 15 years as a Career Mentor at the University of Southampton. These experiences give me a practical perspective on how leaders grow and thrive in different contexts. 

I’ve partnered with FTSE 30 clients as well as SMEs in sectors from energy and manufacturing to infrastructure, always with the same focus – helping leaders win hearts and minds by leading authentically.
