Turning concepts like culture and leadership into impactful, measurable intentions for individuals, teams and organisations is what I love to do. My career began in HR and soon took me into board-level roles in the UK and US, across sectors from the fire service to global engineering and professional services. 

With postgraduate studies in Strategic HR Management, I’ve focused on how organisations succeed through people. I first encountered Leadership Trust as a client, seeking leadership development with a difference – and I found it. 

That experience inspired me to join Leadership Trust as a Facilitator, Coach and Course Director, where I now help leaders and teams unlock their potential and embed genuine culture change.
