As I built my career in the construction sector – leading teams for over 25 years and earning industry recognition – I realised that true impact comes from developing people, not just projects. 

Since joining Leadership Trust in 2000, I’ve worked as a Course Director, Facilitator and Coach across the UK and internationally. Guided by Churchill’s words, “We make a living from what we get; we make a life from what we give,” I see leadership as a ripple effect – enabling others to grow so they, in turn, can develop those around them. 

I’ve partnered with organisations including the Chartered Institute of Building, NHS, ARM and BAE, supporting leaders across construction, healthcare, technology and beyond.
