I believe leadership is not a title but a responsibility – one rooted in self-awareness, courage and service to others. That belief guides my work with Leadership Trust, where I support individuals to lead with authenticity, empathy and purpose.

Before joining Leadership Trust, I worked across education and the creative arts as a support and outreach facilitator, helping people identify their strengths and build confidence in their own learning and development. These experiences deepened my understanding of how meaningful growth begins with self-belief and connection.

At Leadership Trust, I work with clients on open programmes, helping them translate insight into action and develop the confidence to lead effectively – in their work and beyond.
