I’m passionate about helping leaders turn theory into practical skills they can apply in the real world. With over 20 years’ experience as a facilitator and coach, I’ve worked with senior leaders and their teams across sectors from pharma and finance to education and technology. 

I joined Leadership Trust more than a decade ago, after starting my career in the probation service and running my own business. Since then, I’ve partnered with organisations worldwide, guiding leaders from awareness to application so that learning becomes both impactful and actionable. 

My recent work with a technology client focused on improving collaboration and ways of working across a senior leadership team – outcomes that reflect what I value most: leadership that makes a tangible difference.
