To me, leadership is about bringing self-awareness and a willingness to learn to support both our expertise and our ambition. That belief has shaped my work as an ICF-accredited coach (ACC), facilitator and trainer with more than 15 years’ experience in the NGO sector, where I led large departments, multi-location teams and worked at director level.

My specialist areas include developing future leaders, executive coaching, resilience and wellbeing, high-performing teams and career transition coaching. I thrive on the diversity of people I work with, valuing their unique skills and approaches.

I’m particularly interested in virtual and hybrid leadership, DEI, and how leadership approaches adapt to different contexts.
