I’ve been with Leadership Trust for over two decades, leading the design and delivery of leadership programmes alongside course logistics and ensuring smooth collaboration across clients, faculty and delivery teams.

My work combines strategic and operational leadership with a passion for developing others. I believe leadership is a responsibility – not a title – and is rooted in self-awareness, courage and service to others. As a coach and facilitator, I help individuals and teams grow with confidence.

I’ve worked with all of Leadership Trust’s clients over the years, creating the conditions for meaningful, human-centred development that helps leaders stretch, evolve and inspire those around them.
