I have had many roles at Leadership Trust over the years and am still proudly holding onto several, including non-exec director, consultant, course director and coaching supervisor.  

I spent most of my professional career in publishing, serving in export sales, marketing and board level positions for over 25 years. I first encountered Leadership Trust in 1988 as a Leadership in Management delegate. One of the first things I learned at Leadership Trust is that you don’t have to be the boss to be a leader.  

This remains the foundation for my profound belief that organisations must nourish leadership at all levels if they intend to survive, let alone thrive.
