As I achieved Chartered Engineer status, I discovered a deep interest in people development – first sparked by engineers in Ethiopia and sustained through leaders in the UK.

Following this interest to a post-graduate diploma in Outdoor and Experiential Education from the prestigious Moray House School of Education, I have since held roles across the sector, including heading Leadership Development at Network Rail and being a Leadership Trust Course Director since 2010.

My belief that leadership is an art – credible only when authentic – has shaped a long-standing commitment to experiential learning and personal discovery as drivers of real change. I’ve helped clients such as ARM, HSBC, British Sugar, and Victrex, as well as countless inspiring participants on Leadership in Management.
