Leadership development that changes behaviour - not just what people know.

Eighty per cent funded by the Jersey Better Business Skills Grant.

Leadership development this good rarely comes with an 80% subsidy.

Avoided conversations, leaders who lose the room, talent that leaves because it is not well led - these have a direct cost. Most organisations know it.

The Jersey Better Skills Grant now makes it straightforward to invest in the development of the quality of leadership that removes those problems - leaders who see themselves clearly, change how they lead, and behave differently when it matters. That is what drives lasting improvement in the organisations they lead.

Leadership in Management is the same programme that has helped organisations grow from £12m to £18m in turnover, cut costs by over £100,000 in three months, and drive staff engagement to 86%.

The grant does not change the programme. It changes what it costs you to access it.

The numbers.

For Jersey private-sector businesses, this is a rare opportunity to access world-class leadership development at a fraction of the usual price.

What you pay.

This is not a reduced programme. It is the full Leadership in Management experience, funded at 80% by Jersey Business.

Five and a half days to show your leaders how they lead. And change it for good.

Leadership in Management is a six-month programme built around an immersive residential at Leadership Trust's estate in Herefordshire. Leaders are taken out of their normal environment, put under real pressure, and shown - through direct feedback from peers with no prior relationship or agenda - exactly how they are experienced as leaders.

Most leadership development tells leaders what good leadership looks like. LM shows each leader what their leadership actually looks like. That gap is where the change happens.

The residential is reinforced through coaching, structured feedback and peer learning across six months. The change sticks back at work - not just on the programme.

"For the first time, I saw myself clearly as a leader - and changed how I lead as a result. Since the programme, my team make decisions without me, they've grown their own impact, and the business has grown with them. I'm now sending two of my senior leaders through it because the return has been that clear."

“Leadership in Management has made me a more open and authentic leader. I feel more able to engage with my team in meaningful, productive ways, adapting my style to meet challenges. Most importantly, my confidence has grown - I understand my unique assets and know when to dial them up or down.”
