Leadership Trust is recruiting for Head of Sales and Marketing

Leadership Trust is looking ahead to its next chapter. 

Over the past year, we have been doing a lot of work to sharpen our focus on what we do best: helping leaders see themselves more clearly, understand the impact they have on others and make meaningful changes to how they lead.

We are now building the team for the next stage of that work, and as part of this we are recruiting a Head of Sales and Marketing.

This is an important role for us. We want to reach more organisations, build stronger relationships with clients and partners, work with more leaders, and help more people experience the distinctive work Leadership Trust does.

We are looking for someone with commercial experience, energy and ambition, who also understands that growth has to come from doing really good work for our clients.
