My career began with ten years as an Army Officer before moving into Director roles with Whitbread and National Car Parks. Those experiences shaped my belief that leadership is about purposeful people, and that everyone has the capacity to lead if given the confidence and the right environment. 

Since joining Leadership Trust as a Programme Director and Coach, I’ve focused on aligning leadership development with strategy so that growth benefits both individuals and their organisations. For me, the fruits of leadership development must not fall on stony ground – they should take root and create lasting impact. 

I’ve worked with clients including MBDA, Willis, Moneysupermarket and England Cricket, helping leaders unlock their potential and translate it into meaningful results.
