I believe leadership isn’t a title – it’s a daily choice. That conviction has guided me through more than 20 years of empowering leaders and teams to unlock their potential through transformative programmes with Leadership Trust. 

With a background in engineering and health, and postgraduate study in leadership, coaching and supervision, I’ve supported leaders across a wide range of sectors. My focus is on helping people build the confidence and resilience to lead with purpose – and in doing so, inspire others to do the same.
