Academic qualifications don’t teach us much about becoming leaders – that only comes through experience. I’ve spent 20 years in banking, mainly in marketing, followed by 15 years leading a youth development charity, and those decades have shown me how leadership is really forged.

Having first experienced Leadership Trust as a delegate, I know first-hand the value of turning experience into impact. Now, as part of the faculty, I help others use their own journeys to grow as leaders.

I’ve worked on both open and in-house programmes, primarily in the UK but also internationally, supporting leaders to translate their lived experience into lasting change.
