For me, leadership comes alive when people development becomes company strategy. That idea has guided my career in training and development, from early leadership roles in financial services with TSB, Mercer and Coopers & Lybrand to senior training management in global industry. 

I first attended the Leadership in Management programme in 1998, an experience that transformed my approach and led me to become a tutor the following year. Since then, I’ve coached and mentored hundreds of managers and executives through Leadership Trust programmes, working locally, nationally and internationally. 

As a qualified Leadership Coach and member of the Chartered Management Institute and the Association for Coaching, my style is dynamic yet quietly supportive – helping leaders challenge themselves, think differently and build confidence that lasts.
