I believe that when organisations truly invest in their people, the return is remarkable. I learnt this first-hand in the early 1990s when I attended the Leadership in Management course as a young professional. The experience transformed how I saw myself and my work – building confidence, resilience and lasting bonds with my colleagues. 

Since then, I’ve built a career in business development across corporates, SMEs and training organisations, always focused on how growth comes through people. Returning to Leadership Trust felt like coming full circle, giving me the opportunity to help others experience the same powerful journey that shaped my own career. 

Today, I work with clients across sectors to strengthen leadership at every level, supporting individuals and organisations to unlock potential and create environments where people thrive.
