Everyone needs help to make full use of their leadership capabilities. That belief has guided my career, from serving as Director of a major construction services company to chairing the boards of a further education college, a Scottish football team and the Developing the Young Workforce Regional Board.  

Alongside these roles, I co-founded a UK-wide charity addressing poverty and pollution, supporting families living with the effects of deprivation. Each of these experiences has reinforced my conviction that leadership should serve both people and society. 

At Leadership Trust, I’ve worked with clients including UPM Kymmene, Ardagh, Scotts Bakery, GCHQ, the Environment Agency and the Royal Mint.
