I first attended the Leadership in Management course 25 years ago, where I discovered the impact my behaviour had on others. That realisation transformed not only my own performance but my team’s, creating an environment where everyone felt involved, valued and motivated to give their best. 

Since then, I’ve worked as a facilitator with Leadership Trust, supporting around 600 delegates from a wide cross-section of organisations. 

I’ve partnered with clients including DuPont, Games Workshop, T-Mobile, WL Gore, Schuh, Rehau and Bapco Energies, helping leaders apply the same principles of awareness and inclusion to their own leadership journeys.
