Since joining Leadership Trust in 2021, I’ve been at the heart of delivering leadership programmes that empower individuals and teams to thrive. I ensure seamless logistics, safeguard health, safety and wellbeing, and oversee IT systems and security.

My background spans over 35 years in military logistics, project management, facilities management and driving operational excellence – both within Leadership Trust and beyond. I believe in leading with heart and mind to create environments where people feel valued, inspired and empowered to grow.

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from civilian organisations to military and government agencies, always focusing on ensuring strategic alignment and delivering programmes that make a real impact.
