My journey with Leadership Trust began in 2021 as Head of Learning Success, where I helped enhance the delegate journey and create the conditions for transformational learning.

With a BSc in Food and Microbiology and a background spanning high-end hospitality and operations, I bring a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. I spent 12 years as Events Manager at Parkfields Country House – now known as Chelsea Parkfields – where I built a reputation for creating seamless, high-standard guest experiences.

Today, I oversee Chelsea Parkfields, the country house retreat where all Leadership Trust programmes are held. Every detail is designed to offer a warm, thoughtful and exceptional environment – a place where powerful learning unfolds.
