About the Cultivate Leadership Programme

This 12-month programme kicks off with a 360 leadership assessment and feedback process which is followed by a 3-day residential course. This is supplemented by ongoing development with online workshops to reinforce the learning and coaching exercises which are delivered on a one-to-one basis and as a triangular session with the organisation sponsor. This is to ensure personalised guidance and to align leadership development with organisational goals.   • Can I book on behalf of someone else?

    Yes, you can book on behalf of members of your organisation. This programme has historically been used for organisations wishing to send multiple members of their teams through the programme each year.

  • Is this online or in person?

    This is a hybrid programme with both online and residential modules. The first module and last will both be in person, in the United Kingdom.

    Accommodation and all meals will be included.

  • Is this programme experiential?

    We do use experiential methods within this programme. It is very much based on hands on learning. Learners will be given tasks to complete throughout the duration of the programme, which has been proven to aid in the learning and retention abilities.

  • How long does the programme last?

    12 months. You will take part in a mixture of modules and coaching sessions throughout this time.

  • What type of coaching is included?

    You will receive the support of a leadership development coach, working 1:1. You will also learn leadership coaching skills to bring the best out of others you lead.

    You will learn group coaching skills to develop teams, called Action Learning Sets.
