Take your team on an interactive, high stakes experience without leaving the comfort of their homes or offices. The Challenge, from Leadership Trust is an intense team-building experience. Teams will be given tasks which will test their communication and negotiation skills all within a fun and competitive setting.
How does the course work?
Split into two parts, The Challenge will give you the opportunity to work in teams to solve problems within a simulated, safe environment. After which, you will be led through a fully facilitated review session. This is a fantastic team building activity for your entire organisation or individual teams.
Gain a greater understanding of what makes you and your team tick, build on your communication skills and have fun whilst doing it. This isn’t your ordinary business skills workshop.
The Challenge will last approximately 3 hours in total and can be arranged for a date and time to suit you. Because this is a completely online game, The Challenge is suitable for remote teams working across worldwide locations.
The Challenge is suitable for groups of up to 8 people. Use the game to break down silos within your team. Give your team a fun activity in which to improve their communication skills, in a gamified setting. This interactive team building activity was created with CEOs and organisations of all sizes in mind.
The Lockdown Challenge
Scour your environment, be brave, be fast and be savvy. To win at this challenge it will take a hawk eye and teamwork to beat the whistle and be victorious.
The Zuma Challenge
Run your own fast-paced, adrenaline fuelled stock exchange in this team based project. How well can you communicate and keep your cool when faced with the pressure to make a profit before the last bell?
The Quartermaine Challenge
It’s a race against the clock to uncover the truth around the Zin Obelisk. Teams must deduce a series of clues and collect the most Gold Fins within a limited time frame as well as answer a series of questions related to the artefact in order to achieve greatness.
The Covenant Challenge
Work across multiple departments and time zones to fulfil the most orders and achieve the most profit whilst under an incredibly tight deadline. With demanding clients, multiple currencies and crises, who will come out on top?
