Yes, the aim is that once you’ve completed this programme, you will have the toolkit available at your disposal to coach others within your organisation.

We’ll use Zoom and Zoom’s breakout rooms for your coaching session. This will afford you the same level of privacy with those you coach as if you were in a closed, physical room.

This is not an internationally accredited coaching qualification, if you would like to work as an accredited coach after participating in this programme, we can recommend further routes of study and certification for you.

You will be in a group setting once per week for around 4 hours. We would suggest you commit a further 2-3 hours per week to your tasks, homework and further reading.

The programme will run with a cohort of 12 participants]. This provides an optimal facilitator-to-participant ratio and an opportunity to experience coaching, being coached and observing coaching with a variety of styles to allow you to find your natural pathway.

As this is an online course you will need to have access to a desktop, laptop or tablet with internet connection and running a recent operating system with the ability to run Zoom. It’s also recommended you use a pair of headphones in order to prevent audio feedback whilst on the video calls.
