Our associates get to work with a range of exciting clients who put their people first and are interested in the legacy their organisations leave for future generations. Using experiential learning methods and the individual experiences of our associates , we make real and lasting differences.
We welcome partners from all backgrounds and differing specialisms. There is no one way to practice leadership and similarly, there is no one way to bean excellent associate. We want our team to reflect the rainbow of approaches our clients need.
Our internal, employed staff handle day to day operations, such as Sales, Marketing and Finance. We use the same approaches of open and honest conversation, which we teach on our leadership development programmes. There are ample opportunities to grow and develop during your time with Leadership Trust, with many of our employees choosing to shadow and in some cases change roles whilst in the company.
