Alison and her team ensure that good accounts make good friends.
Alison joined Leadership Trust in July 2018 as the Finance Manager. She is a CIMA, CGMA qualified accountant with over 30 years’ experience in both practice and in industry. Alison has worked in various sectors, including manufacturing, food preparation, packing, farming, import and distribution within the UK. Her main day to day role at Leadership Trust is to ensure that the business is in good financial health, by liaising with all of the departments within the organisation. However, when she is not working, Alison really enjoys her allotment and garden, a good book and spending time with her friends and family.
Lyndsey has two roles in the company. She works with the Client Services team as the Coordinator for Faculty and Coaching; working closely with the Business Development team and Course Services to ensure that we are providing the best match in delivery teams to the needs of our clients. She is always keen to develop and grow, recently joining the Finance department as Finance Assistant. This has added a strong link between the operations side of the business and Finance function. Lyndsey brings her strong communication, process and natural logical skills to support the business. Part of this move to the Finance team means that Lyndsey is in the process of completing her AAT Level 3. For fun, when there is time, as life is full with two young children! Lyndsey is fulfilling her personal goal to progress in Karate.
