The Leadership Trust delivers high impact, experiential leadership development, which changes behaviour and transforms individuals, teams and organisations for clients across the globe.
A full time vacancy has become available in the Client Services Department at our offices in Weston-under-Penyard, for an enthusiastic, customer focused individual to join our busy team.
Main areas of responsibility will be in the administration of training programmes (both UK and overseas), liaising with clients and delivery teams, creating course materials and associated venue and travel arrangements. You will also be hands-on in the day to day running of the department.
The successful applicant will ideally have a proven track record in programme or events administration, excellent administrative and communication skills, advanced understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
You will enjoy working in a close-knit team and be approachable with a friendly manner when dealing with people. You will have a keen eye for detail, be a lateral thinker and have a “can do” attitude and the ability to sort out problems whilst working under pressure. Your personal qualities will include a pro-active and flexible approach to work and a capacity to listen and grasp ideas quickly.
The job is 37.5 hours per week and offers a competitive salary and benefits package including pension, health care scheme and life assurance.
