ASSISTANT CLIENT SERVICES & PROGRAMME COORDINATOR
This is a trainee level position and full training will be provided for the right candidate.
A vacancy has become available in the Client Services Department for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy team. Due to Covid restrictions, the team is currently working virtually but is normally based at its offices near Ross on Wye.
Your main duty will be to provide administrative support for the production of open and bespoke training programmes (both UK and overseas).This includes liaising with clients and delivery teams, creating course materials and training paperwork, preparation of sales proposals, making venue and travel arrangements and other ad hoc requirements which support the day to day requirements of the department.
The successful applicant will have excellent written and communication skills, and a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience of events administration would be an advantage.
You will enjoy working in a close-knit team and be approachable and have a friendly manner when dealing with a wide range of people. You will have a keen eye for detail, be extremely accurate in your work and have a “can do” attitude. Your personal qualities will include a pro-active approach to work and a capacity to listen and grasp ideas quickly.
This is a six months’ contract but there may further opportunities in the Company at the end of this term. The job is 37.5 hours per week and offers a competitive salary and benefits package including pension, health care scheme and life assurance (subject to eligibility).
