Jo and her team take care of all the administrative activity (and so much more!) that ensures programmes are rolled out absolutely seamlessly. From managing the bookings, to producing course materials, to logistics, to pre-briefing delegates before a course, their wide range of skills will guarantee you the best experience possible.
Jo is the Client Services Manager at Leadership Trust, overseeing the Client Services team, whose aim is to give our clients the best possible care and experience. She is involved in most aspects of the course delivery, but works closely with course faculty, and various venues to ensure a smooth course delivery. She is also responsible for the IT services, and is the quality manager for the ISO 9001 Certification. She has worked at Leadership Trust since 1997 and when she is not working, (or commuting!) Jo loves baking, a good DIY project and any opportunity to spend time with her husband, stepdaughter, friends and family.
Sam has been at the Leadership Trust for over 20 years and has a long background in customer services. In her current role as Open Programme Co-ordinator, she liaises with both Leadership Trust clients and colleagues in order to manage open course bookings. She is dedicated to ensuring that each delegate is fully prepared for their residential so that every individual receives the maximum benefit from attending. She loves corresponding with the delegates and hearing about their experiences. Sam takes any opportunity to go climbing, caving, abseiling and will try most activities, drawing the line at bungee jumping. Away from her time at Leadership Trust, she loves spending time with her husband of 30 years and her dog, Paddy, of 5 years.
Tammy is the Client Services and Programme Co-ordinator at Leadership Trust. Her main day to day role is to liaise with clients and venues for each of the courses, in order to support a successful programme delivery. She liaises with the internal departments to co-ordinate all elements of a programme, regularly supporting the preparation of programme outlines and project briefs, for example, quality checking and formatting in accordance with the company style guidelines. Tammy gained her undergraduate degree in English Literature and Psychology, and her Postgraduate in Psychology. Aside from working at Leadership Trust, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has two sons and loves going on adventures with them and her husband.
