Leadership Trust

Leadership Trust have been running experiential programmes in the leadership development realm for nearly half a century. We have helped change the trajectory of 80,000 individuals and countless organisations around the globe. Leadership Trust originated in the United Kingdom and now have an additional presence in Singapore.

Based in the Herefordshire countryside, Leadership Trust provides a picturesque and bespoke environment from which to develop oneself. We have exclusive use of residences whilst conducting residential courses and can accommodate a wide range of needs.

We draw on a large pool of highly trained and enthusiastic industry experts to run our courses. By having a large team, we are able to tailor courses to the needs of individual clients, providing the most knowledgeable and effective course leaders and facilitators for the challenge.

Leadership Trust truly understand and respect the importance of the individual. We do not produce a one size fits all programme. Even within our open courses, such as our Leadership in Management 5.5 day residential programme, the course is tailored to fit the needs of the delegates taking part in each cohort.
