Leadership Trust

Over 80 thousand delegates from around the world have participated in Leadership Trust programmes. We have helped people realise their true leadership potential, hone in on their unique management styles and face their individual leadership issues. Our experiential learning methods and coaching services help delegates with complex communication, trust and change management issues.

Based in the Herefordshire countryside, Leadership Trust provides a picturesque and bespoke environment from which to develop oneself. We have exclusive use of residences whilst conducting residential courses and can accommodate a wide range of needs.

We draw on a large pool of highly trained and enthusiastic industry experts to run our courses. By having a large team, we are able to tailor courses to the needs of individual clients, providing the most knowledgeable and affective course leaders and facilitators for the challenge.

Leadership Trust do not produce one size fits all programmes, even our flagship Leadership in Management residential courses are tailored to fit the needs of the delegates.
